Shipment to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and International Addresses:
- Vista Modern Living proudly ships to addresses globally, encompassing the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and all international locations. Please note that shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be subject to additional delivery time and cost variations based on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Vista Modern Living is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Vista Modern Living is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Package Insurance:
At Vista Modern Living, we strive to ensure that every purchase reaches its destination safely and securely. To support this commitment, we offer shipping insurance on all orders at a nominal fee. This insurance provides coverage against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Our policy outlines the terms and conditions under which claims for insurance can be made.
Coverage
Shipping insurance covers the following incidents:
Loss: A package that has not been delivered within 5 days after the expected delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier.
Damage: Items that arrive damaged, with evidence required as outlined below.
Theft: A package that is confirmed delivered by the carrier but is not received by the customer.
Exclusions
The following scenarios are not covered by our shipping insurance:
Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier, without a subsequent police report filed for theft within 5 days of delivery.
Damage reported more than 3 days after the confirmed delivery date.
Loss or damage due to natural disasters or acts of God, which are beyond the control of Vista Modern Living and the shipping carrier.
Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Claim Process
To file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, customers must follow the steps outlined below:
Notification: Notify Vista Modern Living Customer Service within 3 days of the delivery date (for damage) or within 4 days from when the package was expected to be delivered (for loss or theft).
Documentation: Submit all required documentation, which may include:
Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
A police report (in case of theft).
Any other documentation requested by Vista Modern Living to validate the claim.
Review: Our team will review the claim, which may include verification with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 10 days.
Resolution: Once the claim is verified, Vista Modern Living will replace the lost, stolen, or damaged item at no additional cost to the customer. Alternatively, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Fraud Prevention
Vista Modern Living takes fraud seriously. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent claims, including but not limited to:
Repeated claims of non-delivery or theft without substantial evidence.
Claims inconsistent with carrier records.
Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
Final Provisions
Vista Modern Living reserves the right to modify or discontinue the shipping insurance policy at any time.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights or any other return policies we may have.
