    Return Policy

    Return Period:

    We offer a 30-day return period from the date of order delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Eligibility:

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Non-returnable items:

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hygiene products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product, please contact our customer service for shipping instructions. Ensure that your package is securely sealed and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

    Exchanges:

    We're more than happy to help you exchange your product for another one, whether it's a different size, color, or an entirely different item. Please contact our customer service team to start the exchange process.

    Damaged or Faulty Products:

    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help. Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no cost to you.
